We bring together technology and design to create unique guest room electronics for hotels and their guests. With decades of experience in the hospitality industry, product design and consumer electronics manufacturing, our co-founders recognized a gap in the market and started Nonstop in 2018. The products being offered to hotels are often sourced from factories with uninspired aesthetics or consumer products for home use and missing critical hotel-friendly features.
Our founding team consists of a product designer, and electronics manufacturing experts led by a seasoned hotel technology executive. With this unique team and focus, we’re able to design and deliver dynamic new products for the constantly evolving technology, design and travel landscape. In short order we’ve created the only ground-up designed line of nightstand technology products that bring together innovative features with decor driven designs for hotels and their guests.

Neil Betterton:
CEO & Co-founder Neil Betterton is a veteran in the hospitality technology industry. In his twelve year tenure at Teleadapt Inc., he built the US operations and moved them into the hospitality market. He’s led by identifying opportunities to bring emerging consumer technologies into hotels – ultimately making it simpler for guests to connect to the internet, TV and power while working together with the industry’s leading brands to tailor and deploy solutions to millions of guest-rooms.
Matthew Paprocki:
Co-Founder & Creative Director Matthew Paprocki has two decades of consumer electronics product development experience as an industrial designer and engineer at world class design firms Fitch International, frogdesign working with Hartmut Esslinger and as a founding partner at Boombang design where he’s worked with leading brands including Microsoft, HP and JBL / Harman Kardon and Disney consumer products. As an award-winning designer he’s founded consumer electronics businesses including Soundfreaq, G-Project and Capello brands all of which successfully carved out unique market positions at mass retail.
William Chan:
Co-Founder William Chan is a consumer electronics veteran with decades of experience in development, manufacturing and logistics. He’s successfully navigated the dynamic changes in the business with strong relationships with world class retailers including Walmart and Target. His businesses have brought tens-of millions of products from concept through production and delivery with both large international brands and boutique specialty brands.
John Ropp:
John Ropp, the Managing Director of Nonstop, has been with the company since its inception. With prior experience at a leading hotel industry manufacturer, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. John's strong focus on strategic partnerships and industry insights has positioned Nonstop as a trusted provider of exceptional products and services in the hospitality sector. His unwavering commitment to excellence drives the company's continued growth and success.
